A 1973 West Point graduate, Bill served 5 years active duty with the 101st Airborne Division, and retired from the Army Reserve with 20 years of honorable service. While working full time for V. Mueller - Medical Products and Services, Bill went on to complete his MBA at Xavier University and also received his Commercial Instrument and Flight Instructor License.

With all that Bill has accomplished throughout the years, he brings extensive experience in coast-to-coast recruiting, medical industry sales, as well as management and marketing experience with companies like V. Mueller, Karl Storz, Leica, Mentor and Sony.

Bill has a dynamic and proven track record handling numerous successful searches with start-up to Fortune 500 companies. These searches secured opportunities for Vice Presidents of Sales & Marketing, Vice Presidents & General Managers, Directors and Engineering Managers, Senior Sales, Marketing and Product Managers and Manufacturing and Process Engineers.

Jon has over ten years in executive search, recruiting, and management consulting. His career began with Management Recruiters International, one of the world's largest middle-management recruiting firms where he specialized in general manufacturing. His work history also includes over three years in information technology working for a premier private search firm helping to build venture-funded businesses through staffing partnerships. Currently, as a Sr. Account Manager, Jon's focus is purely medical device manufacturing filling positions in the areas of manufacturing engineering, quality, operations, regulatory compliance, sales, and any other specialty within that vertical market.

In 1999, Jon was awarded the youngest member to ever achieve CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) certification through the National Association of Personnel Services. His educational history also includes Business Administration at the University of Hartford in Connecticut. Additionally, Jon has given numerous lectures and seminars at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute to graduate students on topics related to career development.
